Jetzt geh ich mal wieder in die Werkstatt und mach am Case ein wenig weiter. Bin in 10 min online (pc muß noch starten)

Now I'll go back to the workshop and make the case a little further. I'm in 10 minutes online (pc must still start)

Gestern habe ich aussen den Schrauben auch noch ein paar andere Teile gekauft.
Was ich wo benutzen werde werdet ihr noch erfahren ;)

Yesterday I except the screws also purchased a few other parts.
What will I use where you will not experienced ;)







Heute habe ich auch die zweite Platte gebohrt indem ich sie zusammen gelegt und dann durch gebohrt habe.

Anschliessend habe ich mit dem Schleifen der Profile weiter gemacht.
Links ist der erste Schliff mit dem Bandschleifer, rechts mit 120er Handschleifpapier und gebürstet.

The left is the first sanding with the belt sander, right with 120 grit sandpaper and brushed.

Danach habe ich die Profile nochmal um paar millimeter gekürzt, da sie an den Enden von dem Schleifen etwas rund wurden

Then I cut the profiles again millimeters to few, because they were somewhat round at the ends of the grinding



Die Profile der Front gingen sehr hart zu Schleifen, daher habe ich mal ein Profil gestrahlt.
Was meint ihr was ich verwenden soll?

The profiles of the front were very hard to grinding, so I once sandblasted a profile.
What do you think I should use?

Also wenn die Teile noch zum Case gehören, dann wird es sehr eng mit den 99%....um nicht zu sagen gewichtistechnisch schon nahezu unmöglich. Maximal dann noch gemessen am Volumen.

Gestrahlt oder Geschliffen....hmmm das ist ne gute Frage. Was kommt farblich noch dazu? Oder anders gesagt, wenn alles andere von der Oberfläche homogen und gleichmäßig ist, dann würde ich mir doch die Mühe machen und es Bürsten. Ist es nicht so, dann kannst du es ruhig strahlen. Aber strahlen sieht meiner Meinung nach nur richtig geil aus frisch nach dem Strahlen, sobald Klarlack drauf kommt oder was anderes wirkt es nicht mehr sooo toll, bzw wie Eloxal für Arme. Und zudem ist das gebürstete etwas pflegeleichter als gestrahlt.

Ich würde die Oberfläche komplett sandstrahlen, hatte vorhin mal reingeschaut, irgendwie ist immer ein mega Lärm bei dir wenn ich mal reinschaue :gamer:

Such mal in eBay nach Push to Open. Da gibt's verschiedene versionen. Diese, dann welche zum einbohren, dann solche wie ich habe wo man den Hub verstellen kann...usw

Das gebürstete sieht toll aus. Ich hätte es aber alles am Ende gebürstet und geschliffen - dann kannst du gleich alle Macken auf einmal rausbürsten und muss später nicht nochmal. Oder war das nur ein Probestück?

Das wird alles gebürstet. War aber zwischen zeitlich schon am überlegen ob ich alles strahle. Aber die bessere Hälfte ist für das gebürstete :D
