das ist modelier gips, aber nicht nur mit wasser sondern auch mit ganz normaler tapetenkleister pulver gemischt, alles wasserbasiert ebenbindet besser.Wow ! Von dir kann man echt mal was lernen. Was sind diese ganzen Schichten die du nach dem Bauschaum aufgetragen hast ?

Willst du nicht für das Schiff das du mal gemacht hast einen extra Worklog machen? Kann dir das Kopieren, dann könntest das auch im lauf der Zeit mal Online stellen. Das interessiert sicher einige.
wie Lalime sagte der Proxxon MF 70 mit koordinatentischmit was für ner fräse machst de das?
das denke ich nicht, wenn ich deine ausstattung anschaue. nee holz ist nur mein material of choice, metal geht auch aber holz ist mir einfach lieber.Bist ja um einiges besser ausgestattet als ich zu Hause.

Weißt du schon was du farblich vor hast? Rote Beleuchtung mit einem rötlichen Holzton würde bestimmt gut aussehen.

ich ganz ehrlich auch, bin nicht so zufrieden, die alu teil so zu integrieren macht das gesamt gewünschte look schwierig, aber we will see.Unten bin ich noch skeptisch, das sieht mir noch nicht so Freibeuter-mäßig aus

so here is the 1rst of 2 updates today. i have decided to make my own hinges instead of taking the easy way of buying some. apart from that i am using a couple of ld halloween plastic skull on the lid which will be lit up with red LEDs from behind.

te update für heute. die crossbones sind auch buche, stabiler und nicht einfach flach drauf geklebt sondern um das ganze ein 3d und mehr konturen look zu geben nach schräg aussen. and here is the 2nd update as promised. the crossbones are made of birch wood because they are togher. i dodnt just stick them flush and flat on the lid, but made them protrude diagonally out to give give it a more 3d

gut gesehen jeff. noch ist nichts drin, habe mehrere ideen. entweder eine kette oder ein mechansiche teil der automatisch ab ein gewisse winkel einschnappt. noch ist es nicht drin und noch geht der deckel halt bis auf 180°Den Totenkopf und seine arme find ich richtig cool
Wie hält sich das Scharnier wenn es offen ist ? also warum kippt es da nicht ganz nach hinten ? hast du da ne feder oder so drin ?

Rein technisch und weil klassisch so waere wurde ich auch ein kette nehmen. Ja das waere einfach und schon. Aber was selber zu bauen reizt mich ebenfalls sehr. Heute abend gibts ein update dann wissen wir es beide.Ahh. Ich würde die Kette nehmen. Ich meine die ist bei richtigen Schatztruhen auch drin und sieht für mich cooler aus.
