Ich finde das schaut sehr gut aus mit den Schraubbaren ecken.
Mit welchen Werkzeugen hast die Ausschnitte gemacht, schauen doch sehr sauber aus?

ich werds probieren, eventuell sollte ich mir einfach fix feineres holen und schauen wie sehr es sich unterscheidetBeim 320er schliff wirst du noch schlieren sehen.
Das verwende ich normal immer wenn ich Alu eine Optik wie gebürstetes Edelstahl verpassen will.
Kommt aber auch drauf an was du schleifen willst. Bei Plexi könnte es mit 320er klappen wenn du schön gleichmässig schleifst, dann mit der Flamme leicht drüber gehst und dann Polierst.
Wichtig bei allem ist auf jeden Fall das du es zuerst an einem Teststück versuchst.

320er Schleifpapier ist immer noch relativ grob. Aber das Ergebnis sieht trotzdem gut aus. (Von dem was man auf dem Foto erkennt.)
Notfalls kann man auch noch ganz normales Papier nehmen, bevor man poliert. Damit kann man Acrylglas auch einen ganz leichten Schliff geben.
