kleine update...der bug oder stirn, wie mann es sieht, ist fast wie ein skywalk bzw. cross section damit man die cog räder sehen kann.
tja, war wohl nix mit nach FH zum modding masters gehen.

this is indeed a small and unspectacular update, have started patching in the hardware components so that i know where and what and how i want to conceal certain parts. a lot to do here. by the way the leds are not blue, they are white. the camera picked them up wrong.
i also had the idea to use the outer excess ring of the shields which i had cut smaller adn had lease left overs. cut to size and in semispheres, they will be the front fan frames. instead of being wasted.:eyebrow:

i made amb tray which can be slid off and instead of taking the coolermaster M1000 PSU, i decided to take the V700, full modular, also coolermaster instead. less wires hanging around.

hi guys, here is a little update. have started the interior in the same ragnar design. tomorrow i will be spending most of my time in the cellar workshop and will be posting a larger amount of pics afterwards.
have the fan cover in, the extra usb ports and sound controll slavaged from desk loudspeakers. the plastic will be clad in the same paint effect which will make it look like iron.

so heute habe ich angefangen ein segel zu bauen die so ausschaut als wurden die Stoffbahnen in wind stehen und auch die genähte stellen sind immer enger also habe ich das alles mit den dremel bearbeitet. habe schnell zusammen gebunden auf die quermasten um zu sehen wie es wirkt. püasst, wenn lack und muster drauf sind dann kommt es als raus drehbare cpu und MB cover.

dazu habe ich auch mit das NT dach latten System angefangen. all diese teile werden einfach raus nehmbar sein wie ein puzzle und mussen nicht wirklich befestigt sein. damit ich an die anschlüsse und kabeln etc.. ran kommt.

momentan sind es 4 teile die in sich klicken.

Manche würden sowas aus Stoff machen und irgendwie versteifen (mit Harz oder so). Und Ali macht es aus Holz - weil er alles aus Holz macht - und es kann.

nur weil ich kein bock hatte die nähmaschine auszupacken,

nähen aknn ich sehr gut sogar aber ich hasse es. alle vorhänge zuhause habe ich gemacht. anyway, es wird vieleicht mit stoff überzogen damit der look passt.
aber anyway, ich wollte das die bahnen so auschauen als wären sie beim nat kurzer so wie in echt, das so klein hin zu kriegen mit stoff wäre schwer.

so heute habe ich das netzteil cover fertig gemacht und habs odins temple getauft. mit der ziet haben die viking zwar auch teile christentum angenommen aber odin war omni present und hierfür habe ich eine kleine verzier idee, die kommt noch.
dazu habe das segel so montiert das es weg zeihbar ist ohne es abmontieren zu müssen. swing out swing in system.

ich hatte dann die idee ein kleine montior mit einzubauen der per servos motoriseirt raus fahren kann. heute habe ich ca. 12 stubdeb darab gearbeitet und es ist jetzt montiert.
alxs axle habe i9ch ein hdd motor genommen, so schweíngt es sehr frei und robist.
morgen wird es verkabelt und passend sein bretter look bekommen.
wenn die seiten turen zu sind dann sieht mann es gar nicht.

so today after mounting the sail i started to make the internal monitor holder. i needed a strong axle so i salvaged one from an old ide harddisk. is actuall the motro but its swings very free so it made my makeshift axle for pivotting the monitor out of the case. tomorrow it will be motorised via a servo.
the roofing of what i now call odins temple is also finished, with the sail together it hides all the wires etc.. more tomorrow.

odins temple cable cover was done so i started the internal swing out monitor, i took a salvaged hdd motopr as the axle, works great.

oh mann, diese mod wird langsam zu ein renegade ähnliche modding orgie. ich habe so viele ideen die ich leider nicht rein bauen kann, muss ein zweite bauen irgendwann.
das thema macht mir sehr viel spass.

hi guys, so after finishing the monitor motorisation i went on doing all sorts of little things.
my aim is to get the speakers and fans placed so that i can start getting its first putty paint and polish done on the weekend.

first of all some of the progress, the monitor swing out now and works great.

these two switches are triggered by the first handle of the rambocks at both sides, for cd extractioan and power on, the reset button must still be done.

all thess little wooden parts are actually just cable covers which i am making and fitting now.

i took this hdd holder from an old laptop and will cover it in ragnar style too.

seeing as most of the case was done, before i started fitting out the doors, i finished the planking look all over the case. all handcarved for less precision :-)

this mesh is mad eof plastic and i found it at the local hardware store, its usually fro keeping leaves out of draining pipes, i will use it as a fan cover mesh because when painted it will look a bit iron-orey :rolleyes:

so hi guys, heute habe ich die hintere schilder gebaut. die innerer seitenefesnter platten gemacht und fan und soeaker stellen ausgeschnitten.
dafür auch win paar gitter gemacht.
ich habe die sonst runde vikinger schilder etwas gestretched für das hintere valanz
nur noch ein paar kleinigkeiten dann gehts am breakdown, schleifen und lackieren.

ja ist gut gelungen, mit dem trio

so die letzten interne fan gitter waren fertig und dann war es auch so weit, endlich.
bereakdown time, ich habe die teile die ich geb aut habe gezählt, 1050 klein teile, also kommt doch nicht an den renegade ran aber ist auch deutlich kleiner
das eerste beize ist drauf, schattierungen sin das nächste und eisen look. aber erst steht das an was ich am mesten hasse, schleifen.

ich lieb mein krankheit, i like making medicine sick :-)nein, kaleevas dragon will ich umbedingt sehen, kommen ist pflicht.

so hier noch ein paar bilder, der erste schliff ist gemacht jetzt kommen die schattierungen per airbrush damit es düster aus schau und nicht so poppy brown rustikal.

der helm hat auch sein erste metalic look, mehr paint effects kommen noch.
