Okay. Also ich denke wir brauchen später nicht von jedem 100 Projekte.

Ich würde sagen im Team stimmen wir ab welche Projekte wir ausstellen wollen.

Sodass wir einen guten Mix aus Projekten haben. Ich würde taabar sin mitbringen, vielleicht auch den pi fighter und lightsaber. Könnte auch meine Version vom 24h_stealth mitbringen. ca'alm und biomaché auch. Auch weitere andere Projekte. Aber am coolsten fände ich es wenn wir nur die besten Projekte des Forums ausstellen, statt Masse.

Außerdem könnte ich bis dahin vielleicht auch ein Uni-Projekt vorstellen. Hat zwar nichts mit Casemodding zu tun, ist aber auch eine Bastellei. (Vielleicht nichts für WMI Stand)

Also erstmal 2 Fragen:
- Wie viel Platz haben wir? Wie sieht es da aus? Hallenplan? Brauchen wir Tische? Banner? Was wird gestellt?

- Gibt es einen Wachdienst (auch übernacht) und sind alle Ausstellungstücke versichert?

Ich und Stefan haben uns gerade Gedanken zum Stand gemacht.

Was haltet ihr davon die Tische (so an die 7) im Kreis aufstellen und innen eine Säule aus Holzrahmen die mit Stoff oder so Folie bespannt sind wie sie auf den DCMM Tischen immer sind.

Dann dachte ich mit noch, warum für einen Banner viel Geld ausgeben, und dann ist es auch nicht individuell.
Also dachte ich an 8mm MDF, davon hab ich noch einiges, und da den Schriftzug ausschneiden, Lacken und an dem Turm anbringen.

In dem Turm können wir dann unser Zeug verstauen.

Mein Vater hat einen Mercedes Vito, da geht einiges rein. Und Werkzeug hab ich ja nicht dabei.
Würde das alles auch in mein Auto bringen, hab aber nur eine Gelbe Umweltplakette, und die Messe liegt in einer Umweltkonferenz die man nur mit Grüner Plakette befahren darf.
Dadurch das ich auch noch einen Stand mache werde ich aber evtl auch noch mit anhänger kommen. Kommt drauf an ob ich alles in den Bus bekomme oder nicht.

Heute habe ich mal den Stand geplant.

Er ist jetzt für ca. 20 PC´s ausgelegt mit einen Workshop Platz.
Er benötigt ca. eine Stellfläche von 8x8 Metern. (höhe ca.2,4m - Die Säule wird aus einem Lattengestell und mit Folie oder Stoff bespannt)
Die Fläche die ich da gezeichnet habe sind 10x10 Meter, so das die Leute auch noch aussen rum laufen können.
