Steambiosis

The Steambiosis will be my casemod modding on the 2014 Veletech modding contest (VMV). The name's idea the steampunk simbiosis, because I want 2 computer 1 case, keyboard, mouse and monitor ?(

Last year I get my friends a Apple Powermac G4 Quicksilver. Wasn't hdd and operation system. Here stood my room and I think, what make with it.

I give a 4 GB hdd, and installation Debian7 PPC. And I have a fitpc- mini computer. I think, I into put the mini pc on the apple.

( top right corner, instead of the hdd)

1. step
disassemble the powermac

the hardver

powder

I washing the metal and plastic part.

Wow. You are really churning out the projects. I'm very curious how you are going to make the bubblegum styled case look anything like it has something to do with a steampunk theme. :D

Have fun and so long :0)

:vain:

The powermac original outside is beauty. Is arched sides. I have seen here is a casemod, which the sides overlay with veneer ( sorry I don't remember who make ;( ). This is very steampunk style. Here and there some decoration, new handle and feets. I painted the mini pc some steam sample, circa.

 You make

using a hose as sleeve is unconventional idea. I like it that you use parts which you have and that you mod them.

In my opinion, the conventional cable management not steampunk style. I search, what is the cheap, elegant?, stylish solution.

Currently I think the apple logo should be removed because it doesn't fit to the other.
