Suche ein Programm ersteller

Moin,

gleich mal zu meinen problem ich suche ein programm das eine Benutzer oberfläche erstellen kann die ich frei design kann und auf die ich verlinkungen per button stellen kann. Wäre schön wenn ihr mir da villt was empfehlen könntet oder wie ich es selber mache.
Wenn info´s fehlen reiche ich sie natürlich nach.

Ich würde spontan Fragen, für was soll es sein. Wo willst du Benutzeroberflächen machen?

Ok also habe 4 stunden mal intensive gesucht und jetzt kann ich das auch genauer erklären

Also es soll so ein programm sein wie Auto Run programme mit einem virtuellen laufwerk zum instalieren von programmen oder das anstatt auf die virtuelle disk zugreift auf eine festplatte im internet.
Hoffe das hilft.
