The Black Widow

Hi everyone, its about time i started posting the worklog of the BLACK WIDOW.
Wie Lisa sagt, ein sehr Alan Lee thema wieder, aber diesmal habe ich das angst machende Fansinierende mit das Elegante vereint.
as usual, it all started with a simple pencil drawing of a new thematic idea that kept me awake at night, and grew from there onwards..

nope, hat nichts mit the Wicked Widow Set zu Tun, ausser das es auch mit The most Fascinating spider in the world zu tun hat. ist aber ein komplett andere konzept.

da ich diese thema so faszinierend finde, und so viele verschieden ideen dafür habe, möchte ich "express the designs in differnet ways.

The wicked Widow Set war eher ein Harley Davidson type style und the Black Widow is eher ein Fear meets Elegance style, denke ich.

Und yes, the black widow was indeed an inspiration for this one. ist eigentlich 80% fertig schon, der worklog poste ich nach und nach. it will show that the theme cannot

only be a bike, but also a pc case :-)

@ zzoui, naja das ist nicht ganz das dasselbe, bis auf der name, aber black widow ist ein sehr häufig benutzte begriff. anyway. hier noch ein paar bilder.
bei diesen case dreht sich alles um der Schwarze Witwe, das Konzept werde ich etwas später erklären, dann werdet ihr auch verstehen wieso ich so ein form baue.

ja pala, du kennst mich ja, ich mag keine einfachen block gehaeuse. je komplexer der mod desto besser, komplex mods eben

ich werde weiter posten naechste woche wenn ich wieder in schwabach bin.

nur ein info an alle, es ist keine mod passend zum wicked widow set, ist ein ganz andere konzept.

I like this project with its curved shape. I think you should try to do it with alunimum. You look very severe during grinding.

@ pala, die biege vorrichtung kennst du schon von the WICKED WIDOW SET, hab ich da auch benutzt, ist nicht hubsch aber die ergebnisse sind schon und die grade sind einstellbar. :thumbup:

die netzte sollen das ganze etwas mehr body geben, passend zum thema und werden geschliffen, gespachteln, grundiert, lackiert und dann mit
airbrush bearbeitet. sind schon eigentlich, es kommen noch einige. diese case soll von stil her..

@ pala, ist ein noname fülldraht mig mag schweisgeräte von ebay, super pries 19, euro damals.
ja das schwierigste war beide seiten gleich zu bauen mit gewölbe und curven. wenn monitiert, schwingen sie nach ausen. und es kommen noch ein paar teile.
@ ringo, ich wies es klingt vieleicht semi professional, aber so wie bei der wicked widow set keyboard habe ich ganz ohne gas geschweist.
ich muss natürlich dafür mehr schleifen später. aber wie du bald sehen wirst, die ergebnisse sind sehr gut, finde ich zumindest.
abe sobald ich wieder schweisen muss, will ich es mit gas probieren, hab ein paar tips von henning bekommen.
i am sure you are also a welding wizard, after seeing all your great metal work.

Do you use a flux-cored welding wire, this is an alternative for gas and welding wire. But the flux-cored welding wire is more expensive compared to the normal welding wire.
