Ich habe Mir Steckbolzen http://www.wassersport-kellermann.de/ind…steckbolzen.htm mit Karosserie Sicherungsplint http://www.baja-land.de/WebRoot/Store6/S…Pro-Pulls_h.jpg Vorgestellt.
Äußerst Zuverlässig und hält Ewig ( falls man es nicht Verliert :phat:

).
Die Idee kam von meinem Sohnemann, da wir im Winter immer mit unserem Traxxas E-Maxx ( 3908 = Brushless ) sehr viel Spaß haben.

Aber ist Sicherheitsglas nicht etwas übertrieben, da tuts doch auch normales plexi, und von aussen kennt man auch keinen unterschied. Ist sau schwer und sicher auch teuer.

Wie willst du mit den bolzen das Glas fest machen, dazu müsstest du da ja löcher durch bohren, und das geht nicht.

Der Glaser "meines Vertrauens" macht die Löcher und tut es Anschließend Härten ( ca. 100€ für beide Seiten ).

Vielleicht kommen Ich aber auch wieder an dieses Panzer-Acryl Glas ran.
We will see :phat:

Es Entscheidet sich zwischen Mittwoch und Freitag ( bis dahin sollte Ich Bescheid bekommen ).

:ENG:

The Glaziers "I trust" makes the holes and do it then hardening (about 100 € for both sides).

I might as well come back to this tank acrylic stuff.

It chooses between Wednesday and Friday (until then I should get notice).

Muss noch auf den Glaser warten.
Somit geht es erst nächste Woche weiter wenn er da ist.
Er meinte es dauert ca. 2 Wochen bis das Glas Fertig ist.

Sehe ich auch so, Halterungen für die Hardware müssen auch auch gemacht werden. Oder du könntest das ganze anfangen zusammen zu bauen, sofern das vorab geht und dann anschließend die Gläser einsetzen. Die Zeit läuft und wird ja nur weniger.

Ich kann die Geräte meines Freundes nutzen.
Da kann man alles mögliche Einstellen.
Die nicht Furnierten Stellen werden ausgeschnitten und durch Glas Ersetzt oder Lüfter usw.
Ansonsten hätte Ich über 5m² Furnier Benötigt.
Demnächst Löcher Bohren, Ecken und Kanten "Killen" und durch Alu "Ersetzen" und evtl. hier und da mal Fräsen.
Die Led Streifen in die Nuten setzen - alles Verkabeln usw.

:ENG:

I can use the devices of my friend.

@Subway - Es handelt sich um eine Formatkreissäge

@ringo - normalerweise mit Verleimt mit Holzleim aber wir bekommen evtl. noch in dieser Woche einen komplett durchsichtigen "Spezielen Kleber" ( was auch immer das ist ).

:ENG:

Usually with Glued with wood glue but we may still get this week a completely transparent "glue special share" (whatever that is

Die kleine Schwester ( für den Mittelgroßen Schnitt ) : :ENG:

The little sister (for medium-large cut):

das "Huastenguadl" ( für den kleinen Schnitt ) : :ENG:

The small candy (for small cut's ):

Jetzt kommt mein Freund zu Hilfe ( = die fehlende Dritte und Vierte Hand ) : :ENG:

Die zwei Löcher sind zum Halten da, damit man die Restlichen zwei Ecken "Ohne böses Erwachen" Schneiden kann. :ENG:

Ohne die könnte Ich so manches nicht machen, vor allem nicht so präzise.
Mit der Schneide ich alles ( auch Alu ).

Ist halt immer so, das wen mein Freund mal Luft hat, kann ich erst Ran und "Arbeiten".

Without this machines I could not do that, especially not as precise as some.
I cut everything with it (also aluminum). : D
Is just always so, that my friend who has air times, I can only Ran and "working".
