das sind singlge lagen furniere, 4 lagen auf einander geleimt mit maserrung in eine richtung, wie bei PC-REFORGED.
für solche kleine biegungen geht es nicht mit gekaufte biegeholz, also back to the roots, selber machen..

so kurz bevor sich mein bandschleifer verabschiedet hat habe ich die front batwing curves geschafft.
schleifer motor kaputt, shit, morgen kaufe ich ein neue, ist ein muss.

der front usb sound panel ist auch schon drin.

naja grösser als ein 1HE server ohne case schon aber eigentlich ist es sehr schlank. schaut auf die fotos vielleicht nicht so.

ja der bandschleifer ist für mich sehr wichtig, der motor geht nicht mehr, ein neue soll 65 euro kosten also habe ich ein ganz neue schleifer lieber gekauft. der alte hat fast 9 jahre gehalten und hat unzählige projekte und fast 20 mods gebaut, also möge er in TOOL HEAVEN ruhen.

und hier ging es zwar minimal aber weiter mit the DARK KNIGHT, die seiten LS kasten sind jetzt festgeklebt und stat die schwarzen schläuche seitlich nehme ich jetzt die durchsichtigen, ich werde sie lackieren und hinten ein streife tapen, nachdem der tape ab ist werden die LEDS da drin auf das case leuchten.

das schwierigste bei solche komplexen case ist immer so wie bei THE BLACK WIDOW, links und rechts alles identisch und gleich auszurichten.
und diesmal ist es ein pain in the ass. aber bis jetzt gehts..

so jetzt muss ich ein paar tage gas geben bei der DARK KNIHGT weil es fast fertig ist und ich ihn drausen lackieren will.
sobald es aus der werkstatt drausen ist zerlege ich THE 67th BRIGADE.
hier sind nur ein paar kleinigkeiten zu machen dann ist es soweit.
habe die sound control drehknöpfe durch reifenkappen getauscht, batteriehalterung für das primär waffe (läuft tatsächlich mit 1,5 volt) eingebaut.
ein paar erste kabeln verlegt bevor lacken.
unter der basis einheit ein paar holz leisten wo dann LED leisten drauf geklebt werden. auch vorne sind 2 schalter montiert.

heute ging leider nicht viel, wollte mit der 67th Brigade eigentlich machen, aber das kommt noch.

hier ein paar back cover hydraulic cylinders. schaut nicht wie viel aus, aber die dinge zu basteln dann montieren hat trotzdem 5 stunden gebraucht.

thats the plan mate, lets hope for the best..

so ich habe die letzte bat wings hinten montieret, ein paar leds vorbereitet für die side guns und ein paar zusatz schläuche etc.. vorbereitet dann war es so weit.

time for the breakdown. da steht der dark knight und wartet auf sein zusammenbau und farbe..

Vor allem finde ich es beeindruckend, dass man das alles so ohne weiteres wieder auseinander nehmen kann.

Die Plexiglas Flügel sind auch super sauber geworden! Hast du die im Backofen oder mit einem Heißluftfön gebogen?

Ja das habe ich mit absicht so gebaut das man mit slide offs und schrauben an alles ran kommen kann' vor allem weil nur vorne und hinten am 19 zoll case kabeln gesteckt werden. So kann ich es ebenfalls ohne probleme raus nehmen.
Nee das plexi habe ich mit mein plexi bendermarke eigenbau gebogen. Hier der link.
