@ ironknocker, ja aber ich brauche so viele und die habe ich schon fast 1000 stuck wie gesagt geschenkt.
ich muss die kosten unten halten da ich noch einiges brauch. ich arbeite ohne sponsoren wie du weis.
meinst du die die oben rund sind, wie nieten oder, RIVET look? die wären mir auch lieber, aber mit der paint job wird das schon.
ich werde auch mit lackierte oder auch so wie sie sind beide varianten ausprobieren. soll nicht wirklich glänzen so wie jetzt. (die schrauben)

hab gerade die nieten von deiner maus geschaut, meinst du die die du doch weg gelassen hast, doch rivets.

Ich würde die beilagscheiben weg lassen, dann schaut das glaub ich besser aus. Aber sonst nicht schlecht. Wie machst du die Gitter fest?
Die Falze werden dann ja auch der Rückseite sein oder?

@ pala und ironknocker, ja nieten look wäre besser, muss schauen was die kosten. OBI ist zu teuer.
aber ich will schon sachen nutzen die ich habe. ich habe das ganze auch ohne beilag scheiben angeschaut, das hat auch was.
ich glaube sobald der paintjob gertig ist dann sehe ich schon in welche richtung ich gehen werde. die panel sollen wie metal ausschauen später
wie bei guns. wie gesagt, ich will auch mit lackeren auch chauen, da kann ich mich vorstellen das die eventuell ohne scheiben alles in schwarze
matt gut ausschauen. we will see.
ps: was ist ein falze???

hi ringo, yes the reason is that i got over 1000 stainless steel screw as a present and have had them since 7 or 8 years. firstly wanted to use them and
secondly the idea was that everyone uses rivets. but yes i will also buy a small pack to see what rivets looks like. on the other hand i want to try what the screws will look like when they are without he washers and also painted straight into the panlesin whatever colour the panels get, probably matt black. am sure it will then be unique and look like gun metal. we will see. i like using what i have and not always buying everything new.
anyway, this evening i will be modding again, till then, bye ali

I have 2000 M3x6 countersunk crews with hexagonal socket, they are also stainless steel. I think it is good to use things / parts you have at home. But I also buy a lot of new things.

JIG experiments

@ ringo, yeah i do also buy stuff, but i like the dont throw away mentality too.
apart from that i will experiment a lot with paint work and the screws i have before giving them up.
i have made a little jig frame to experiment with, here are the first few schemes, and have started the back pane mainframe under structure too now. ist nur ein teil zum experimentieren da ich lack technisch noch viel proben machen möchte.
not much to show today though. i habe sanded off the screws a bit to see how they look as if worn off. more experiments will come.
the wood need primer and co. then black so that when i sand it off a bit it look as if worn off too.
the JIG doesnt show it but the prime color will be rust brown which i will then cover with the main colors green and differnet blacks which i will then scrape off at certain parts to make it look as if rust has bitten through. more to come

Ich hab's jetzt auf dem Handy nicht so genau gesehen, aber hält die Farbe auch den Schrauben nicht, oder ist da die Farbe wieder etwas abgeschliffen worden bzw. ist es eine spiegelung? (Kann die Bilder leider nicht groß machen)

EDIT: ging mit einem Trick jetzt doch groß. Sind also abgeschliffen.

Experiment Teil

hi mail, neie ist ein spraydose von max bahr. deckt aber gut, gefällt mir in diesem fall aber nicht.hi pala, ja waren abgeschliffen, das ist eine von viele experimente das teil ist auch nur dafür gebaut worden.
es kommen ein paar beispiele damit noch vor allem der mit rote und biege grundierung die durch schaut und rostige schrauben.
diese schwarze war ein spras dose (schlecht) ist nicht ganz matt. der eigentlich farbe wird mit kompressor und matt sein.
ich habe die beilagscheiben doch weg gelassen, hast du recht gehabt, ist besser. aber ich werde diese schrauben doch benutzen,
schaut mehr industriell aus als nieten die ich dann kaufen musste. ausserdem, nieten wäre naheliegend deshalb mache ich was neues.

ich bin ab mittwoch für ein paar tage in austria und werde das experiment teil mitnehmen zum probieren.

hi pala, war zwr nicht beabsichtet aber truppentransporter ist ok.(obwohl der renegad eein einzelgänger ist.)
ist aber ales noch nr grundplatte, da kommt wie die andere seiten was drauf etc.. wird nicht so bleiben. eventuell auch ein öffner mechanismus.
