Ja, macht mehr Arbeit, und ich hoffe auch das es klappt. Ist ja recht schwierig das gleichmäßig hin zu bekommen. Alternativ kann ich ja dann doch noch strahlen

Jetzt zum heutigen Update.

Zuerst hab ich noch ein Bild von den Schubladenschienen.

Zwischen den Aluteilen habe ich mal profisorisch Reste von dem Grauen Plexi gemacht.

Das liegt an der Alu sorte. Ich schneide ständig Alu und verwende normal Alu schleifschutz, so wie auch hier. Aber manche sorten (meist al99 oder almg1,5) schmelzen beim schneiden einfach, und da lässt sich kaum was machen. Denke aber auch das ich das Blatt mal wieder schärfen lassen sollte.
Was die kühlleistung der Rippen angeht ist die in dem Fall egal, weil das in der front nur Optik ist. Die kann ich mich als kühlkörper nutzen, da ja von innen wegen der Beleuchtung noch eine verkleidung ran kommt.

Heute ging es mit der Front weiter.
Nach dem Zuschneiden der Teile von gestern mußten diese ert mal allen entgratet werden.

Dann konnte ich alle Teile nach und nach anschrauben. Dazu habe ich sie mit Schraubzwingen fixiert.

Mit 2 weiteren Zwingen habe ich die Teile zusammen gedrückt.

Als dann alle Teile verschraubt waren habe ich die komplette Front nochmal 3 mm abgeschnitten, da durch das zusammendrücken alles ein wenig kürzer geworden ist.

Ich hab das ding mal auf die Waage gelegt.

an der Innenseite der Front kommt noch eine Verkleidung dran hinter der dann die Beleuchtung für die Plexi streifen in der Front sind.
Dafür habe ich dann diese Profile verwedet.

Von diesen mußte ich aber was weg schneiden das eine Aluplatte als inlay rein passt.

Die Profile hab ich dann an die Frontprofile geschraubt. Bei den ersten Löchern bin ich aber genau auf einen Steg im inneren des Profils gekommen und hab dabei gleich mal einen Bohrer gekillt.

Jo, da ist noch nix bearbeitet. Bau jetzt erst mal das ganze Case und mach zum Schluss oberflächen Behandlung.

Das ist alles aus Alu. Ein Teil ist sandgrstrahlt, das nächste eloxiert, und die platte Alu blank. Oberflächen Behandlung mach ich zum Schluss, da ich sonst immer kratzer und fingertabber mit meinen dreck pratzen rein mache.
Licht kommt erst ziemlich zum Schluss

Es wird alles gebürstet wenn es klappt. Notfallplan ist Strahlen.

Die kühler habe ich mal von nen Schrottplatz geholt der nur mit Buntmetall handelt.

Bis jetzt habe ich immer alles ohne Schmiermittel schneiden können.
Hab gestern auch noch mal auf der Kappsäge nachgeschnitten, da hat sich nix gefehlt. Werd als das Blatt zum schärfen bringen müssen.
